ourselves, we have owned the car for five years now.Mot`d til Oct 2012 and presently on a sorn, we will tax it at the new owners expense if desired.Truly stunning condition, shows 165,000ish Kms and has reams of history and reciepts from its arrival in the UK.If you want a cheap drift car then look elsewhere, but if you`re looking for one of the best examples of this sought after top spec classic sports car then this is certainly one to see.Nardi interior - biscuit leather trim, wood rim steering wheel, even the original V-Spec mats. The car has recently had a brand new tan hood which sets off the interior perfectly and fits like a drum skin, the car also has a genuine colour coded Mazda hardtop with heated glass screen.The only bad points that we can see are a small tear in the driver`s seat bolster (find one that hasn`t) but the sale includes a piece of fabric that is a pretty good match should the buyer wish to repair it, and a tiny dink in the passenger front wing where somebody opened a door on to it in a car park (doesn`t even show in the photos but probably no more than 1/8 inch and would come out with a paintless repair).It`s not easy to do justice to the breath taking condition of this car but if you`ve read this far then you know what you`re looking for and this is well worth viewing. My Grandad bought this car with some slight damage to the front bumper (we have pictures of the damage if needed to show how minor it was) and it will show on the HPI register as a damaged repaired back in 2009 and we have all relevant documents and pictures to prove how minor the damge was and the certificate needed from VOSA to prove we repaired it, we have covered over 30000 miles in it since repair and like i said it was only very minor cosmetic which we have pictures to prove. it only needed a front bumper repair, thats how minor it was and i am more than happy to supply the before and after pictures to whoever needs them. The car really has been one of the best cars we have owned and it has always started and never once missed a beat. its been serviced religiousley and has all the previous MOTs and service and hand books from Mazda, the only reason we are selling it is because we have just bought a BMW Z4 otherwise it would be staying but there just isn`t space on the driveway. The car Has all its original books and MOTs, it has just within the last month had a new Hood, not long ago had two new rear tyres and discs and pads all round. Its needed for nothing and will make someone a great very cheap little sports car with cheap insurance and some great fun for very little money. It drives great and its a great honest little car and any inspection is welcome. The only very minor things i can see which may bother you it may not but there is some slight laquer peel on the drivers side rear quater, tried to picture it but it was wet so very difficult to see (about £100 would make the car lovley) any viewing is welcome as is a drive as you won`t be dissapointed and we aren`t here to waste anybodys time, its a very honest little car, its priced taking the very minor things in to account and will make someone a great little car. There is not one spot of rust anywhere and everything on the car works. itself is in mint condition, it is a very rare ltd edition and has a six speed gearbox and a limited slip differential. Inside the car has a full leather interior with wood trim and a nardi steering wheel / gearknob, it has also had a brand new hood fitted. This one is currently MOT`d till 2nd August 2012 and Taxed till the end of March 2012. It has covered 144,000 kms which equates to 90,000 miles. The speedo face reads in MPH but the milometer still reads KMS. The bodywork on this one does require some attention. This is all cosmetic but to make perfect it will require paint to front and rear bumpers, the passenger side rear quarter does have a dent requiring repair and the roof will also require repair/replacement, it is fully operational but will leak in heavy rain. The bodywork has not suffered from any rust issues and from that respect it is excellent. The interior is in excellent condition, both leather seats are largely unworn and in far better condition than any other Eunos of this age that I have seen. The air conditioning will need a regas and both driver and passenger electric window regulators require replacement, a common fault but cheap to fix with parts readily available here on ebay. To drive this is mechanically sound, the engine starts and runs as it should and the gearbox changes up and down gears without fuss. The overdrive function is also working as it should. This one also benefits from lowered suspension and 16" OZ Racing F1 alloys making the handling superb and great fun to drive. Overall a sought after model which has plenty of Tax and MOT and is mechanically sound, it does require some tlc but will make a great car once this is completed. X | £650.00 | |||||||
